Whatever the seller pays Allen Real Estate to bring a buyer, we will credit you back up to 50% through escrow (credit cannot exceed closing costs and some restrictions do apply).

On a $500,000 purchase, with the seller offering a 2.5% commission to the buyer's broker, that would mean you could receive up to a $6,250 CREDIT AT THE CLOSE OF ESCROW!
